The Board of Directors of Atlantis Japan Growth Fund Limited announce that
pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Director Mr. Christopher Jones has been
formerly appointed to the board of 'Cayenne Trust plc' on the 30th January 2006.
The Trust was known as 'Invesco City & Commercial Trust plc' until 30th January
2006.
