The Company has today received notification of the following dealing by a Director of the Company.
On 15 March 2011, Mr Noel Lamb, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 65.00 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Lamb has a beneficial interest of 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1 (4), the Company confirms that daily NAV's have been and will continue to be notified to the Exchange and that the Directors and the Company are not in possession of any additional price sensitive information that has not been notified to the Exchange.
