In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, Atlantis Japan
Growth Limited wishes to advise the following change to the directorships of the
Company.

Following a Board Meeting of the Company held on 4 October 2007, it was
confirmed, that following the retirement of Mr Yoshinobu Itai, from the Company,
the Board agreed to appoint Mr Takeshi Murakami, with effect from 4 October
2007. This appointment was subject to authorisation being received from the
Company's local regulator, which has now been received.
