APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

25 October 2013

The Directors of AJGF announce that following an extensive selection process, Mr Philip Ehrmann has joined the Board of the Company with effect from 25 October 2013.

Philip Ehrmann has more than 32 years' investment experience, with 29 years spent as an investment manager. He is currently co-head of Asian Equities at Jupiter Asset Management Limited. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and is a UK resident.

The Directors are very pleased to have attracted Philip to the Board and are confident that the Company will benefit from his extensive investment experience.

There are no disclosures to be made in respect of LR 9.6.13 (2-6). Philip does not have any current directorships in publicly quoted companies or has had any directorships in publically quoted companies in the past five years as required to be disclosed by LR 9.6.13 (1).
