Director Retirement

The Company announces the retirement of Timothy Guinness as Chairman and non-executive Director of the Company effective from 30 April 2014.

As indicated in the Company's Annual Report (30 April 2013) and at the 2013 AGM, Tim has been the Chairman of the Company for over 10 years and following his retirement, Mr Noel Lamb will be appointed Chairman.

The Board wish to thank Tim for all his work and notes that he has been a great asset to the Company during his tenure as Chairman and that they are grateful to him for his guidance, insight and expertise.
