ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
30 APRIL 2011 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders. 

The 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Fishmongers Company, Fishmongers' Hall, London Bridge, London, EC4R 9EL on 22 September 2011 at 11:30am.

Mr Ed Merner will be speaking as soon as the formal business is concluded, to provide shareholders with an update on the Company and the Japanese market.

After the formal business of the meeting and Mr Merner's presentation, lunch will be served. In order to ensure the Company cater's for the correct numbers, we would kindly ask attending parties to advise the Investment Adviser (Atlantis Investment Management Limited - contact Naomi Nelson by telephone [phone] or by e-mail [e-mail]) if you will be staying for lunch.
