30 April 2013 Redemption Facility Details

15 March 2013

Following the approval by shareholders at the EGM held on 12 March 2013 to amend the terms of the Redemption Facility as outlined in the circular to shareholders dated 22 February 2013, the Company confirms that the next Redemption Point will be 30 April 2013.

Details of the 30 April 2013 Redemption Point are noted below:

Redemption Point:	5.00pm on 30 April 2013
Exit Charge	2%
Limit on total redemptions:	5 per cent. of the issued share capital *
First date for receipt of redemption requests (20 days prior to Redemption Point):	Wednesday 10 April 2013
Last date for receipt of redemption requests (10 days prior to Redemption Point)	3.00pm on Friday 19 April 2013

*Each shareholder shall be entitled to request the redemption of 5 per cent. of its holding of Shares held at 31 October 2012 and held continuously at all times since that date, rounded down to the nearest whole number (the "Basic Entitlement"). Shareholders will be entitled to request the redemption of Shares in excess of their Basic Entitlement to the extent that other Shareholders redeem less than their Basic Entitlement or do not seek to redeem their shares.

The 30 April 2013 Redemption Point is only available to Shareholders that have held their Shares continuously since 31 October 2012. Redemption proceeds are expected to be paid out in one payment once all assets in the redemption pool have been realised.

Future Redemption Points

The next Redemption Point after this will be 30 September 2013 and they will then repeat six monthly thereafter.
