Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 15 December 2011 it purchased the following:

·    25,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of GBP 0.75250 per Sterling share.

These shares will be held as treasury shares. 

Following this purchase and non-cancellation, the total number of shares in issue of the Company will be as follows:

From 15 December 2011, the total number of voting rights in the Company (rounded down to the whole number) is 100,080,443.
