Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 10 January 2012 it purchased the following:

·    50,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of GBP 0.7750 per Sterling share.

These shares will be held as treasury shares. 

Following this purchase and non-cancellation, the total number of shares in issue of the Company will be as follows:

600,000 Sterling Shares	100,030,443 Sterling Shares

From 10 January 2012, the total number of voting rights in the Company (rounded down to the whole number) is 100,030,443.
