The Company announces that on 26 July 2013 it purchased the following:

·    27,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of GBP 1.175 per Sterling share.

These shares will be held as treasury shares. 

Following this purchase and non-cancellation, the total number of shares in issue of the Company will be as follows:

2,073,611 Treasury Shares	48,666,711 Ordinary Shares

From 26 July 2013, the total number of voting rights in the Company (rounded down to the whole number) is 48,666,711.
