Change of Accounting Reference Date

MetalNRG plc (LSE:MNRG), the natural resource investing and exploration company, announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 28^th February to 31^st December.

As a result of this change, the Company's next audited financial statements will be for the 10 month period to 31^st December 2019.
