Outcome of audit tender process
Following a competitive tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board announces its intention to recommend to shareholders for approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting in January 2024 the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as auditor of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2024.
Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte"), the Company's current auditor, will step down following completion of the audit of the financial year ending 30 September 2023. A formal handover process will be undertaken to ensure a smooth and effective transition from Deloitte to EY.
The Board would like to thank Deloitte for their service and support as the Group's auditors since their appointment. We look forward to working with EY in the future.
