Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces the following information in connection with its block admission pursuant to Rule 29 and Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

On 21 October 2020, the Company granted 184,000 new options over ordinary shares in the Company ("New Options"). Application has been made for the additional ordinary shares corresponding to the New Options to be added to the block admission from 9 March 2021.
