Notice of AGM

Audioboom Group plc (AIM:BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, has today issued and posted to shareholders a notice convening the 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). This document will shortly be available for viewing on www.audioboomplc.com/aim-rule-26.

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 10.00am on Wednesday 11 July 2018.

Registered shareholders and/or duly authorised corporate representatives or proxies intending to attend the AGM are advised to bring evidence of their shareholding or authorisation with them.
