Boomerang Plus PLC 18 February 2008 Date: 18 February 2008 On behalf of: Boomerang Plus plc ("Boomerang" or "the Group") Immediate Release Boomerang Plus plc Drama and Extreme Sports Recommissions Boomerang Plus plc (AIM: BOOM.L), a profitable and vertically integrated, multi-genre, independent television production group operating within the Nations and Regions, announces that its Drama and Extreme Sports departments have won significant recommissions from Channel 4 and S4C. The recommissioned drama series' include the second series of two Welsh Language Dramas. The first recommission includes 10 x 60 minute episodes of Teulu (translated "Family"), a Sunday evening family drama based around a doctor's surgery in Aberaeron, Wales. The second series includes 13 x 30 minute episodes of 2 Dy a Ni (translated "2 homes and us"), a teenage drama centred at a foster home in the Welsh Valleys. These series will be transmitted on S4C in 2009. Boomerang's Extreme Sports department has also been recommissioned by Channel 4 to produce the seventh series of the award winning Freesports on 4 featuring the best of snow boarding, surfing, skate boarding, and mountain biking, amongst other sports. The series is for transmission in 2008 The recommissions are significant and the Group expects these to contribute over £4 million of revenues for 2008/2009.
