FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 25 April 2006
AUKETT FITZROY ROBINSON GROUP plc
('Aukett Fitzroy Robinson' or the 'Company' and formerly 'Aukett Group plc')
ADMISSION TO AIM
Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, the international architect and designer, is pleased to
announce that as from today's date, the Company's issued share capital will be
traded on AIM.
Nicholas Thompson, Chief Executive Officer, commented: 'Aukett Fitzroy
Robinson's move to AIM followed a review of our positioning on the stock market
as a 'small cap' company quoted on the Official List. With the evolution and
greater acceptability of AIM and its attractions to investors as well as its
growing reputation, the board decided that the future of the company would be
better served if it were quoted on AIM.'
