AUKETT GROUP PLC: £5m RECENT CONTRACT GAINS IN EUROPE AND UK

Aukett Group Plc ('Aukett' or 'the Company'), one of Europe's leading
architects, designers and engineering practices announces that it has won a
number of recent commissions in Europe and the UK, worth in excess of £5
million in fee value to be earned during the current and next financial years.

The new contracts include the development of an International Business Park,
Val d'Europe in Paris; the design of a new office complex in Barcelona; four
projects in Amsterdam; the masterplanning and construction of a new office
development in Glasgow and two further projects in the UK for business space
developers, Akeler.

The contract gains comprise:

* Arlington Securities, Val d'Europe, Paris
Office development of International Business Park, 660 000m2, 30km east of
Paris and just south of DisneyLand(c) Paris, for Arlington Securities.  The
site will be a mixture of office accommodation, R&D, light industrial
facilities, hi-tech and amenity buildings.

* WTC Almeda Park, Barcelona
Design of a 15 000m2 office building, on a 100 000m2 business park in this
fast developing suburb of Cornella on the outskirts of Barcelona.

* Fortis Vastgoed, Schiphol Rijk
38 500m2 office development near Amsterdam.

* Office Development for developers Commerce Park Amstelveen, in Amstelveen, The
Netherlands

* 343 bed hotel and service centre located in Lijnden-Oost
Situated between Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport for developers Camp Kleyn.

* Nokia, Rijswijk near The Hague
12,000m2 office building for developers Volker Stevin for Nokia, located in
Rijswijk, Amsterdam.

* Marks & Spencer
Consultant in the design of 'new look' stores and architect on roll-out of
programme including a store in Bath, UK.

* Europoint, Glasgow
New build office and masterplan, 2 500m2 development, located close to M8
motorway linking Glasgow and Edinburgh.

* Reading International Business Park
After successful completion of first two phases of development, Aukett has
been commissioned for a further phase of some 30 000m2 of office accommodation
by Akeler.

* Delta Park, Leeds
Masterplanners and architects for a new  67 000m2 business park in Leeds.

Gamble on its 22 000m2 R&D facility located in Schwalbach, near Frankfurt.
The site provides laboratories, offices, consumer research and conference
