Director's Transaction in Shares
Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc ('the Company') received notification today of
the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares by Raul Curiel, a director of
the Company:
Raul Curiel sold 618,847 Ordinary Shares at 8.5p per share to another employee
of the Group on 16 April 2008.
Following this sale, Mr Curiel is now interested in a total of 9,240,018
Ordinary Shares which represents 6.3% of the issued share capital of the
