Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc ("the Company")

The Company was notified today by Nicholas Thompson, a director of the Company, that on 17 March 2010 he gave 100,000 of his ordinary shares in the Company to his son and fiancee as an engagement present.

After this gift Nicholas Thompson holds 16,102,411 ordinary shares in the Company representing 11.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
