In accordance with 3.1.4R of the Disclosure Rules, Aukett Group plc was informed 
on 9 March 2006 that Mr Stephen  Embley, a director of Aukett Limited, a wholly-
owned subsidiary of the Company, has made the following purchases of  ordinary 
1p shares:
