                                 Board Changes

Aukett Group Plc, the International Architects Designers and Engineers,
announces that Steven Beckers will step down as Managing Director - European
Operations and will leave the Group with immediate effect. The Board also
announce Mr Jose Antonio Navarro's resignation as a non-executive Director with
effect from 30 November 2004.

Mr Beckers was appointed to the Board following the EGM in March 2004 and was
previously involved in the management of the Group's joint venture arrangements
with Art & Build in Paris and Brussels. Mr Beckers' duties will be assumed by Mr
Jose Luis Ripoll, the Group's Chairman and CEO.

The Board thanks Mr Beckers and Mr Navarro for their contribution over the last
six months and wishes them well in the future. Following these changes the Board
will comprise four executive and two non-executive directors.
