Aukett Associates PLC ('Aukett' or the 'Company')
Directors' Shareholding
The Company announces that it was advised on 31 March 2000 of the following
transaction by one of its directors, John Thake:
On 31 March 2000 Mr Thake sold 31,611 ordinary shares in the Company at 21.5p
per share. Mr Thake is now interested in 1,576,041 ordinary shares which
represents 2.18 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of Aukett.
The shares sold by Mr Thake were part of a rearrangement of his family's
holding in Aukett. The Thake family's overall interest (including that of Mr
Thake's adult children) in the issued share capital of the Company has not
changed as a result of this transaction.
