AUKETT FITZROY ROBINSON GROUP PLC
ISSUE OF FULLY PAID ORDINARY SHARES
Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group PLC announces that pursuant to the exercise of
7,838 share options at 7.00 pence per share by an employee under the 1988
Employee Share Option Plan (No 2) exerciseable before 23 December 2006, the
Directors have resolved pursuant to the option conditions to cancel the options
exercised, allot and issue 7,838 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares.
The new shares being issued will rank pari passu in all respects with existing
Ordinary Shares in issue and application is being made for these shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM.
