Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc ('AFR' or the 'Company')
Notice of EGM
On Friday 8 June 2007, the Board announced in the interim statement an intention
to seek shareholders' approval to reduce the capital of the Company to allow the
resumption of dividend payments. The Company today dispatched a circular to
shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to
consider the necessary resolutions to give effect to the reduction (the
'Reduction Scheme').
The Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held at 9.30am on Friday 10 August
2007 at 14 Devonshire Street, London W1G 7AE.
To be valid proxies must be returned to the Company's registrars no later than
9.30am on Wednesday 8 August 2007. The voting record date is 6.00pm on Tuesday
7 August 2007. Part of the Reduction Scheme will involve a capitalisation of
reserves followed by a bonus issue of shares which will in turn be cancelled.
The expected record date for the bonus issue, which has no material value, is
5.00pm on Tuesday 11 September 2007.
