GLASGOW ARCHITECTS REPORT BOOMING BUSINESS
Aukett Associates PLC, international architects, designers and engineers, has
announced that its Glasgow office is designing and fitting out a new £10
million, 80 000sqft multi-contact and training facility in Dundee for
telecommunications company One2One. The announcement comes on the eve of the
Aukett Group's bi-annual European meeting which, for the first time, is being
held in Glasgow.
The One2One facility, situated adjacent to the A90 trunk road, will be the
fourth that Aukett's Glasgow office has designed in partnership with business
space developer Akeler and contractors Bowmer & Kirkland. Other centres are
located at Greenock, Doxford and at Methyr Tydvil in Wales.
Aukett Associates, based in London, and trading under the name 'Aukett
Europe', has a network of 14 offices in 10 countries throughout Europe.
Aukett's 14 European offices comprise six wholly owned subsidiaries, four
joint venture offices and four offices with partnership status.
