Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group plc ('AFR' or the 'Company')
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')
The board of AFR is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its EGM
held today were duly passed by shareholders.
As set out in the circular dated 18 July 2007, the Company is seeking
confirmation of its proposed capital reduction from the High Court of Justice in
England and Wales. Subject to the result of the Court Hearing, set for 12
September 2007, the board of AFR intends to recommend a dividend of 0.2p per
ordinary share payable to shareholders on the register on 21 September 2007 at
the next meeting of the Board following completion of the Court process. A
further announcement will be made as appropriate.
