                RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ('EGM')

                  CANCELLATION OF LISTING AND ADMISSION TO AIM



Aukett is pleased to announce that at the EGM held today, the resolution was
passed. Accordingly, the Company has requested the cancellation of the listing
on the Official List (the 'Listing') and is applying for the Company's issued
share capital to be admitted to AIM.


Cancellation of the Listing on the Official List will take effect not less than
20 business days after today's date and it is expected that such cancellation
and admission to AIM will occur on or around 24 April 2006.


Copies of the resolution will shortly be available for inspection by the public
at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
