Interests in the Shares of the Company

In accordance with 3.1.4R of the Disclosure Rules, Aukett Group plc announces
that it was informed today that Patrick  Carter, a director of the Company, has
made the following purchases of ordinary 1p shares:

His total beneficial holding of 433,125 ordinary 1p shares represents 0.3% of
the issued share capital of the Company.  Prior to this announcement, Mr Carter
held 41,500 shares or 0.03% of the issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was also informed today that Bruce Blackhall, a person
discharging managerial responsbilities,  has made the following purchases of
ordinary 1 p shares:

His total beneficial holding of 25,000 ordinary 1p shares represents 0.02% of
the issued share capital of the Company.  Prior to this announcement, Mr
Blackhall did not previously hold any shares in the Company.
