ASX Trading Halt
Aura Energy Limited wishes to advise shareholders in the United Kingdom that the Company has received approval from the Australian Securities Exchange to halt trading in its shares quoted on the ASX at the close of business in Melbourne on 4 October 2021 in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending release of an announcement in relation to finalisation of an offtake agreement. Trading in the Company's shares on AIM is unaffected.
The Company expects trading in its shares to resume on the ASX either when the offtake agreement announcement is made, or upon market open on the ASX on 7 October 2021, whichever is the earlier, and will provide the market with an update in due course.
