EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING UPDATE

Aura Energy Limited (AEE; ASX, AURA; AIM)   wishes to inform shareholders that it will hold the general meeting of shareholders on 21 May 2020, provided the social distancing and gathering restrictions are lifted by the National Cabinet and the state of Victoria.

As shareholders are aware, the Company announced on 25 March 2020 that it had decided to postpone the previously announced general meeting of shareholders scheduled for 14 April 2020 as a result of the coronavirus which lead to the social distancing and gathering restrictions set by the National Cabinet and the state of Victoria.  The restrictions also created issues for the Company on how it could conduct a meeting.

The Prime Minister stated on 16 April 2020, that the National Cabinet will review the social distancing and gathering restrictions four weeks from the date of his statement. 

The general meeting will be held at the registered office of the Company at 11 am  (AEDT) on 21 May 2020.
