The Company announces that, following admission to listing on the Official List
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities
earlier today of 9,585,380 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company 
('Ordinary Shares') issued pursuant to the Company's Placing and Open Offer
announced on 20 September 2006, the Company has been informed today of the
