Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company")

Change of accounting reference date

Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that its accounting reference date for the current financial period has been brought forward from 28 February 2017 to 31 December 2016. 

31 December will then continue to be the Company's financial year end.

This change harmonises the Company's future financial year end with the performance fee period established under the new investment management agreement with Phoenix Asset Management Partners Limited.

The Company expects to release its audited results for the year ended 29 February 2016 shortly.

In view of the change of accounting reference date, the Company will issue its next half year report based on the four months to 30 June 2016.
