Proposals to enable the Company to purchase its own Shares.
Aurora Investment Trust confirms that the Board has today decided to submit to
shareholders a proposal for the Company to be authorised to purchase its own
shares. The proposal is for a general authorisation to purchase on the London
Stock Exchange and to cancel up to 2,264,576 of its issued Shares, equivalent
to 14.99% of its present issued share capital. In practice the Company is
unlikely to purchase so many, since it is proposed only to use the reserves of
realised profit which are available. Shareholders should therefore not assume
that all such purchases or any such purchases will necessarily take place.
