Results of General Meeting 21 November 2012

Aurora investment Trust plc confirms that the resolution to authorise the Company to make market purchases of its Shares pursuant to the Tender Offer (the sole resolution for consideration by the meeting) was passed unanimously on a show of hands.

The proxy votes cast were 3,186,197 in favour, none against, 3,500 discretionary, none withheld.
