Sale of Treasury Shares

The Board announces that on 24 March 2016 Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") sold 337,294 of its ordinary shares of 25 pence held in treasury at a price of 164.8774 pence per share.

Following this sale, and the admission of 4,858,750 new shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 29 March 2016, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 19,250,139 ordinary shares of which 1,652,226 ordinary shares will be held in treasury.  Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will be 17,597,913.

The above figure (17,597,913) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
