Transaction in Own Shares Amendment

The following replaces the Transactions in own Shares announcement
released on 2nd May 2007 at 13:06hrs

Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that it has purchased 250,000
of its own ordinary shares in the market at 231p per share.  These
shares will be held by the Company in Treasury.

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's share capital will
remain unchanged at 15,107,250 ordinary shares.  Therefore, the total
number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is
14,857,250.
