Resignation of Non-Executive Director

The board of Aurora Russia Limited ('Aurora Russia') today announces that it has accepted the resignation of Chris Cowan, a Non-Executive Director of Aurora Russia.

Mr Cowan is leaving, effective on 31 May 2009, to pursue other interests.

Dan Koch, Non-Executive Chairman of Aurora Russia Limited said:
