Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company", "the Group")

Grant of SAYE Options and Notification of Transactions by PDMRs

On 16 December 2020, Jamie Warner, Chief Financial Officer, was granted 1,345 share options ("options") over Ordinary shares of £0.01 each under the Auto Trader Group plc 2020 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE" Scheme).  The SAYE scheme is open to all eligible employees.

The Options were granted at an exercise price of 441.60p per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. The Options were granted on 16 December 2020 and will normally be exercisable from 1 February 2024 at the end of the three-year SAYE scheme savings contract period.

The Company was notified of this transaction on 16 December 2020. The transaction took place in the United Kingdom.
