Directors' Shareholdings
Avacta Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has received notification of
the following transactions undertaken by Directors of the Company in the
ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Each transaction represents the sale of Ordinary Shares to the director's SIPP
and has been undertaken for tax planning purposes. There is no change to the
beneficial interest of any of the directors.
