Issue of Equity
Avacta Group plc (the 'Company') announces that 375,350 ordinary shares of 0.1p
each ('Ordinary Shares') have been issued at a price of 5.49 pence per share
pursuant to contractual obligations for services provided to the Company.
The Company also announces that, as anticipated in the announcement by the
Company dated 14 December 2007, a further 21,954,035 Ordinary Shares have been
issued following the acquisition of Oxford Medical Diagnostics Limited and
subsequent agreement of the completion balance sheet.
Application has been made for 22,329,385 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 14 March 2008.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be
823,136,812.
