Readybuy plc ('the Company')
Issue of 666,667 New Ordinary Shares
Further to the announcement of the Fundraising and Notice of Extraordinary
General Meeting ('EGM') on 15 March 2005, and the announcement on 11 April that
all resolutions proposed at the EGM of the Company, held on Friday 8 April 2005,
had been duly approved, the Company is pleased to announce that loans from
certain of the Directors and/or shareholders ('the Lenders') have been repaid
and the Lenders have exercised their option to capitalise the amounts of such
loans. Accordingly, the Company has today issued 666,667 new ordinary shares of
0.5p each ('New Ordinary Shares') at 15p per share. Application has been made
for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on Aim and dealings are
expected to commence on 31 May 2005. The shares will rank pari passu with the
existing shares and increase the total number in issue to 19,327,344.
