Admission of New Ordinary Shares
Further to the Company's announcement on 9 December 2011 in relation to the placing of 1,818,182 new
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the Placing) at a price of £1.10 per share (the Placing
Shares), the Company announces that the listing of the Placing Shares to the standard segment of the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the UKLA) and the admission of the Placing Shares to trading on
the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities became effective and that dealings commenced
at 8:00 a.m. today.
The Placing Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company with
ISIN GB00B196F554.
As at today's date, the Company has in issue 40,425,402 ordinary shares.
The directors of the Company take responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
