AIRBUS A330 ACQUISITION

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of one twin-aisle Airbus A330 aircraft.

The aircraft is on lease to EVA Air of Taiwan. The A330-300 aircraft has manufacturer serial number 1684. The aircraft is equipped with CF6-80E1A4 engines and is approximately 25 months old. This transaction was previously announced on 11 October 2017. The lease rate and lease duration are typical for aircraft of that type, with transfer of title taking place in Hong Kong on 22 of December 2017.

Executive Chairman Jeff Chatfield said "Avation is pleased to provide aircraft to a major carrier such as EVA Air. Avation is now a full-service aircraft lessor providing regional, narrowbody and twin aisle aircraft.  We have evolved over the last six years from originally being a jet lessor, then providing regional aircraft to now expand our offering to include a modest number of large twin-aisle aircraft."
