The  Board  of  Avation  Plc announces that Mr. Bryant McLarty (a director  of  the  Company)  has
purchased 3,800 shares of the Company on market on May 27th at a price of 66 pence per share.  Mr.
McLarty has an interest in 7,300 shares.

The directors' holdings now represent 16.24 per cent. of the Ordinary shares now in issue.
