                                            DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Avation  PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that Bryant  Mclarty
has  resigned  as  a  Non-Executive  Director, effective as of close  of  business  6  December  2013.  The
resignation is due to Mr Mclarty's involvement in a new business venture.

The  board would like to thank Mr Mclarty for his significant contribution to Avation's growth and  success
during his tenure, and wishes him well in his future role.

In  due  course  the board will appoint an appropriately qualified, ideally Singapore based,  non-executive
director to replace Mr Mclarty.
