The  board of the Company announces that on 24 February 2012, Bryant James McLarty, a director  of
the Company, purchased 10,000 Avation PLC ordinary shares at a price of 105.5 pence per share.

Following  this  transaction,  Mr  McLarty holds an interest in 117,300  shares  in  the  Company,
representing 0.0027% of the voting rights.
