Fiji Airways Aircraft Lease Signed

                                       FIJI AIRWAYS AIRCRAFT LEASE SIGNED

Avation PLC, (LSE: AVAP) the aircraft leasing company, which purchases commercial passenger aircraft and  leases
them  to airlines, today announces that it has executed the operating lease documentation with Fiji Airways  for
one new ATR 72-600 aircraft to be delivered in April 2014.

The operating lease will be for a twelve year term and is at typical commercial lease rates. The operator of the
aircraft  will be Fiji Airways' regional subsidiary, Pacific Sun. Delivery is anticipated to occur in the  month
of April 2014.

Jeff Chatfield, Avation Executive Chairman, said: "We are pleased to diversify our portfolio to the Pacific  and
enter into our first 12 year term aircraft operating lease."

Stefan  Pichler, Fiji Airways Managing Director and CEO, said: "The additional new ATR will help to  cement  the
market leader position of Pacific Sun in the South Pacific."
