NOTIFICATION OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDINGS
The Board of Avation Plc has received notification on 9th February 2009 that two significant shareholders have
increased their holdings in the Company.
Philip Haydn-Slater, through Fitel Nominees Limited, now has an interest in 1,780,000 shares in the Company and he
advises that this interest amounts to 7% of the issued voting shares of the Company.
Harry Ansell, through Fitel Nominees Limited, now has an interest in 1,354,456 shares in the Company and he advises
that this interest amounts to 5.3% of the issued voting shares of the Company.
The directors take responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
