Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that, further to the announcements of 29 November 2024 and 4 December 2024, in relation to the Company's listed warrants (LSE: AVAW), 101,500 of the warrants have been cancelled following their exercise and conversion into ordinary shares. Accordingly, the reduced total in issue is now 5,755,908. The warrants have the ticker: AVAW and the ISIN: GB00BNK93641.
