                                     Open Offer - Directors' Dealings

Further to the Company's announcement on 23 May 2013 in relation to the allotment of 4,337,987 new ordinary
shares  in  the  capital  of  the Company at a price of 60 pence per share (the New  Shares),  the  Company
announces that it has received the following disclosures of directors' dealings as part of the Open Offer:

    -   Robert Jeffries Chatfield (and entities in which he is interested) subscribed in aggregate for
        1,135,365 New Shares, bringing his total direct and indirect holdings in the Company to 8,235,366 being
        16.87% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

    -   Roderick Douglas Mahoney subscribed for 18,138 New Shares, bringing his total direct and indirect
        holdings in the Company to 158,138 being 0.32% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
